Vendor/Exhibitor Requirements
**Note: Please complete the Vendor Application (above) Prior to payment. This will ensure that our Vendors/Exhibitors are in compliance with L.A. South & Venue requirements, also to prevent overlap in products/services. *Attn Food Vendors; Any product that is ingested (supplements, foods & beverages) must have a public health permit through the County of Los Angeles. All licenses and permits that apply to your business are required and will need to be submitted prior to participating in the event. *Space is available on a first-come first- serve basis. Booth payment is due 72 hours after application approval or prior to the deadline, and is non-refundable, but can be Transferable based upon circumstances, and with an advanced notice prior to the start of the event.
Guest Passes: Vendors/Exhibitors will receive a PROMO CODE for Complimentary Admission passes.
Booth/Table Etiquette: *Space is granted on a First Come Basis. Engage the Patrons with a Smile and "Hello". Keep your table clutter free (No extra stuff on it). Keep your phone calls, texting, social media, etc. to a minimum while your working the table. No extra folks at your table (The limit is Two (2), unless otherwise approved).
Set up/Breakdown: Please have your table set up prior to the event, according to given set up time slots. Late Arrivals may be subject to forfeiture of your space. Please breakdown according to the time slots allocated. We will provide our Vendors/Exhibitors with Two (2) Chairs + One (1) 6' table, and refreshments at our Events.
Hold Harmless Agreement: By submitting this Vendor application, the Vendor/Exhibitor agrees to and does hereby to indemnify and Hold Harmless the L.A. South Chamber of Commerce, the LA South HOPE Foundation and its Members, Directors, Officers, Staff, Sponsors, and Partners from any liability as a result of damage, theft or loss of property, death or bodily injury to persons, or any act of neglect.
*LASCC has the right to terminate any Vendor participation that is not in Compliance with LASCC/LASHF or Venue (Host) requirements without a refund.
Food Vendors: A Temporary Food Facility (TFF) permit is required by L.A. County Health Department.
