We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and assisting in preparing financial reports. The role requires proficiency in accounting software, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Public Relations Rep: Support L.A. South Events through Networking and Material Distribution, Street Team Promotions, Customer Services, and Community Engagement.
Event Specialist: Helps coordinate logistics and program agenda, promote events, set-up & breakdown, and organize logistics at L.A. South Events.
Content Creator: We are seeking a talented Content Creator to join our team and contribute to our digital presence. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing engaging and relevant content that resonates with our target audience. This role involves creating written, visual, and multimedia content across various platforms to promote our brand, products, and services. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about storytelling. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our online narrative and enhance our company's visibility in the digital space.
Virtual Assistant: Handles L.A. South Administration assignments (Database Management, Emails & Newsletters, Membership Engagement, Customer Service).
Marketing Specialist: Will create Ads/Graphics and Content on L.A. South Social Media Platforms and for L.A. South Events, Manage E-Mail Database/Spreadsheets.
*L.A. South includes; Los Angeles South Chamber of Commerce, Los Angeles South Hope Foundation and Los Angeles South Connections.
*Positions are Part-Time, Remote Work, Commissioned Based, with a 1099 Independent contract.
