Member Certified Training Schedule:
Wednesday, September 11, 2024 (Customer Service/ Communications) - 5:30pm - 8:00pm (Zoom Meeting Register Below) - Part 1
Saturday, September 21, 2024 (Brand Ambassador / Sales) - 9:00am - 11:00am (Zoom Meeting)- Part 2

Member Certification Requirements:
1. Complete Two (2) Parts Certified Training Courses.
Part 1 - "Customer Service/Effective Communications/ Collaborations and Cooperative Economics" (2.5 hours Zoom Meeting)
Part 2 - "Brand Ambassador/ Sales /Time Management (2 hours in Person).
2. Submit Your Credentials i.e. Business License, Tax Exempt Letters (Non Profits), Professional Certifications/License, Education Training Certificates or Degrees.
3. Provide Your Company Mission Statement or Capabilities Statement and *Pitch Deck
4. .Submit a Bio and/or Resume, Headshot Photo, Company Logo, Company Website.
5. The Interview process is with the President & Team Directors. *Demonstrate Leadership qualities, ability to support our Team concept, willing to practice Collaboration & Cooperative Economics, demonstrate our HOPE commitment (Time, Talent, and Treasure).
6. Remain in Good Standing and Active Status.
*Continued Education will be Required Annually and/or at the Leadership Discretion.
*Pitch Decks, also known as marketing decks, are primarily used by businesses trying to convince clients or investors to work with them. They're short presentations to help someone else learn about your business quickly.
