LASCC e-Gift Card FAQs
1. How can I buy a Gift Card?
*Gift Cards can be purchased for $25 *(a $5 Service Charge per card is included) at LASouthChamber.com with a $20 value per card and redeemed your Gift Card with any one of our Participating Members.
2. Can I load any amount to a Gift Card?
*No. Gift Cards can only be purchased for $25 per card *(a $5 service charge per card is included) with a $20 value per card .
3. Will my Gift Card ever expire or lose value?
*No. However, Member Participation may vary.
4. How Many Gift Cards can I redeem per order?
*You can only redeem one (1) gift card per item, or at the Participating Members Discretion.
5. Can I redeem my Gift Card for cash?
*No. Our Gift Cards are Non-Transferable, One Time Use Only, and are Not Redeemable for cash or change.
6. I Bought Multiple Gift Cards; Can I combine them?
*No. You cannot combine LASCC e-Gift Cards. **Please See Line #4
7. How can I redeem my Gift Card?
*CLICK HERE to redeem your Gift Card.. Select any one of our Participating Members.
*Once you contact our Member, please send them your LASCC e-Gift Card, and provide your Name, Phone, and Email.
*You will receive $20 credit towards your purchase.
*LASCC e-Gift Cards are Non Transferable, One Time Use Only, and cannot be redeemed for Cash or Change.
*The LASCC Gift Card is only valid at Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce (LASCC) Events, LA South Hope Foundation (LASHF) Events, The HOPE Store, and with LASCC Participating Members.
Terms and Conditions
LASCC eGift Cards can only be used once to purchase merchandise and services provided by LASCC Participating Members, at LASCC selected events, and the LA South Hope Foundation Store. The card is Non Refundable or exchange, and Non Transferable for use other than the registered card holder, or their designated recipient. Not redeemable for cash, or change, or for resale. Eligible goods and services and redemption of gift cards are subject to change at our sole discretion. Void where prohibited. All rights reserved.
Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement
The LASCC and LASHF shall be exempt and hold harmless from any liabilities, disputes, refunds, accidents, injuries, or injuries resulting in death by our Participating Members. Also, Recipients agrees to and does hereby to indemnify and Hold Harmless the L.A. South Chamber of Commerce (LASCC), L.A. South Hope Foundation (LASHF), and its Members, Directors, Officers, Staff, Sponsors, and Partners from any liability as a result of damage, theft or loss of property, death or bodily injury to persons, or any act of neglect.
LASCC Member Participating Requirements / Terms of Agreement:
1. Must be a LASCC Certified Vendor in Good Standing & Active Status.
2. Abide by LASCC Code of Conduct
3. Provide Great *Customer Service
4. Have a Promotional Ad on the Certified Vendor Directory
5. Have an "Active" Website & E-Commerce Platform
6. Have a Reliable Delivery/Shipping service partner (UPS, Uber, Door Dash, FedEx, etc)
7. Reimbursement. Please send Invoice "Gift Card Reimbursement" to LASCC.
* In all matters relevant to LASCC business referrals, members must make every effort to achieve complete, accurate, and timely communications, responding promptly and courteously to all proper requests for information, and to all complaints. Follow reporting lines to facilitate the effective resolution of problems. Provide alternative solutions for relevant complaints.
